- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, small table and iron, DVD player, a few books, games, DVDs.
Outside:
- A 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Nic, very close to Pentrez beach, in a very pleasant environment. Market on Monday mornings from April to September, close to restaurants, bars, and bread delivery. The bakery is 2 km away, and the nearest town with all shops and a supermarket is 7 km away.
Activities:
There are many activities to enjoy nearby: sand yachting at the end of the beach, paragliding at the top of Menez Hom, or hiking on the nearby GR34 coastal trails.
Culture lovers can visit several museums dedicated to old crafts, schools of yesteryear, minerals, and Brittany.
The surrounding area is also full of remarkable sites: the charming village of Locronan, the city of Quimper, the seaside resorts of Morgat and Camaret, or Sainte-Anne-la-Palud, Landevennec, and Brest.
