Cocoonr is offering to rent this new 60 m² half chalet in Le Grand Bornand, which sleeps 4 to 5 people. It comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Storage for ski equipment

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A living room with sofas, TV and dining table
- A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and raclette and fondue machine
- Separate WC

On the 2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160x200) with access to the balcony
- Bedroom 2: A double bed (140x200) topped by a cabin bed suitable for children (90x200)
- Bathroom with WC

Outside:
- A large terrace with uninterrupted views of the mountains.

Neighbourhood:
Very quiet location, facing the forest!

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the garage. Shuttle buses are available 50m from the chalet.
