Magnificent fully equipped apartment in downtown. Located in the heart of Seville, in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, it has all the comforts to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. Completely outside, it has a beautiful light all day and lots of tranquility.Just a short walk from La Catedral and El Alcázar you can walk to visit any monument or leisure and commercial area. Surrounded by gardens and history, this is the ideal choice for getting to know Seville. In the house you will find everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. In the kitchen, in addition to the ceramic stove and everything you need to make any dish, you will find a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We always leave basic products such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, infusions, etc.) to make the welcome comfortable.Rooms are spacious and cozy with a closet. Living room with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has central air conditioning to make your stay even more pleasant. Check-in hours are from 15:00 to 22:00.

Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 or 30€ between 00h and 02am, to be paid in cash on delivery of the keys.

One of us will meet you at the flat at the agreed time.

From the airport you can take a taxi which will drop you off at Plaza de Santa Cruz and from there you can walk to the flat for 3 minutes (total journey time about 25 minutes).

You can also take the bus (EA) to the bus stop Prado de San Sebastian and from there you can walk to the flat for 12 minutes (total trip about 50 minutes).

From Santa Justa station you can walk about 25 minutes, take a taxi which will take you to Plaza de Santa Cruz in about 12 minutes) or take a bus (21) to the Jardines de Murillo bus stop and from there walk about 7 minutes to the flat.

We take it very seriously that our guests' stay is the best possible. That's why we are always available if you need us and are happy to advise you on how to enjoy the city the way you like it. - Pets are welcome, please ask for possible additional fees.

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Respect the rest of the neighbours

- DON´T leave lights and air conditioning/heating on when you are not in the apartment or when you leave on the last day.

- Keys during check out must be deposited in the 24' mailbox.

- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed

- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of us can receive you in the flat, at the agreed time we will receive you, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work.

- Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 AND UNTIL 00.00H to be paid in cash on delivery of the keys. AFTER 00.00H THE CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK IN IS 30€ AND AVAILABILITY MUST BE CONSULTED.
