The house:
An old mill on the banks of the Dropt has become a warm, serene and comfortable home, with walls that keep cool in summer. Large interior (500 m2) and exterior spaces (2 hectares). A magnificent corner of lively countryside.

Fishing available on site (subject to a fishing permit, which can be purchased for a day or a week. Please note: fishing tackle is not provided): see the Dordogne Fishing Federation website for more information.

SWIMMING POOL

- Heated (23-24 degrees) in mid-season (spring and autumn), at no extra charge.
During the summer the pool temperature is generally 28-29 degrees.

Hertzian broadband internet connection (4G SFR) offering unlimited service with a connection speed of between 12 and 15 Mégas.

HOME CINEMA and TV
Entertainment à la carte: more than 80 (cable) TV channels, including anglophone channels. You can also connect to your favourite streaming services or stream content from your smartphone or computer to the TV.
- Home cinema on the 2nd floor, 180x120cm screen, with SAT TV, Neflix, Youtube, etc.; + socket for connecting a computer to the system.
- TV on 1st floor with SAT TV (English channels), Netflix, Youtube, etc.

HEATING
- Fireplace: wood for the fireplace in the kitchen-living room is provided free of charge, with no limit on quantity.
- Optional half-season central heating (depending on the weather): a supplement of 20 euros per day is charged for heating in April-May and September-October.
- Winter central heating: a supplement of 30 euros per day is charged for heating from 1 November to 31 March.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN
- Household linen is not included in the rental price. It is available as an optional extra at 10 euros/person from 1 November to 31 March and 12 euros/person from 1 April to 31 October (when the swimming pool is open).
- The set includes bed linen and the making of beds according to your specifications (single bed, double bed, etc.) + terry towels (1 large, 1 small, 1 large for the swimming pool from 1 April to 31 October).
- The corresponding amount is payable outside the Airbnb system (as the system only allows a fixed amount, which cannot be adjusted according to the number of people).

CLEANING PRODUCTS
We supply products for the dishwasher and washing machine, hand soap, bin bags and coffee filters.
