On the ground floor, the spacious, light-filled living room invites you to relax. You'll find a comfortable, air-conditioned living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opening onto a large outdoor terrace overlooking the canal. This space is ideal for sharing meals al fresco or simply admiring the scenery.

Upstairs:

A master suite with a 160x200cm double bed and breathtaking views of the water, and its private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
A second double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.
A third double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.
A modern bathroom with a shower.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people in optimal comfort.
