The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this sumptuous west-facing chalet for rent in Megève, offering panoramic mountain views, a complete wellness area, and high-end amenities.
With a generous surface area of 350 m², it can accommodate up to 15 guests in absolute comfort. You will enjoy a separate relaxation area with hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, and cinema room, as well as large, bright, and cozy living spaces.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the garden level
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each with its own private bathroom (shower or bathtub) and toilet
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two) and a single bed. En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- An equipped laundry room
- A large ski room entirely furnished in old wood, with a boot dryer for around fifteen pairs

On the first floor
- A spacious 75 m² living area with a large lounge, fireplace, and dining room
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, etc.
- A separate toilet
- Direct access to a balcony and terrace offering a splendid view of the mountains

On the second floor
- Four bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), two of which have balconies
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom (shower or bathtub) and toilet

Wellness and leisure area
An annex chalet, accessible from inside, is entirely dedicated to relaxation:
- Large steam room and sauna
- Jacuzzi in a glass-enclosed area with mountain views, open year-round and accommodating up to 10 people
- Large terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture
- Cinema room with fully equipped bar area (sink, dishwasher, storage, worktop) and direct access to a small terrace and the garden

Outside
- Balconies and terraces with unobstructed views of the mountains
- 1,700 m² private, enclosed garden with trees and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days

Megève offers a wide range of sporting and cultural activities throughout the year:
- Mountain sports: downhill skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, etc.
- Access to the ski slopes: A shuttle bus stops in front of the chalet to take you there. You can get off at two stops, about 1 km away, to reach the slopes.
- Wellness and leisure: wellness center with swimming pool, spa, ice rink, sports center
- Events and culture: numerous festivals, concerts, and exhibitions throughout the seasons
- Competitions and sporting events: Megève International Show Jumping, ski races, and other prestigious events
- Gastronomy: numerous restaurants in the village and on the slopes, ranging from traditional Savoyard cuisine to Michelin-starred restaurants
- Ideally located, the chalet is about 1 km from the Mont d'Arbois slopes and the village center. A free shuttle bus, with a stop just 100 m away, takes you to the slopes in a few minutes (three stops).

Transportation:
- If you choose to come by car, private parking is available (up to 5 vehicles)
- Nearest train station: Sallanches (about 20 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (about 45 minutes by car)
- A free shuttle bus serves the village and the Mont d'Arbois, Rochebrune, and Jaillet ski areas. The nearest stop is only 100 m from the chalet.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the chalet in a reasonable state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use
- The wine cellar is not accessible, however it is possible to request one or more bottles from the housekeeper, charged as an extra.
- Arrival and departure management: You will be welcomed by the housekeeper, Corine, and a concierge, Charly, will also be at your disposal. Charly will be your local contact should you need assistance upon arrival, during your stay, or upon departure. You will be given a book with à la carte services offering exceptional activities, including one that is unique in the world. We recommend that you book your activities one month before your stay so that we can accommodate your requests.
Book&Pay will put you in touch with the local manager, who will arrange a time to meet you and hand over the keys.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, there is also a self-check-in system with a key box if necessary.
In this case, your local manager, Corine, will send you the arrival instructions and code directly, rather than Book&Pay.
