HostnFly offers you this lovely 33 m² souplex, fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay in Paris. Former commercial premises with large bay windows overlooking the street, it has been carefully converted to accommodate up to 2 people. Perfect for a stay with family or friends!

This cozy and welcoming souplex is ideally located in a lively neighborhood, just a stone's throw from Place de la Nation.

It comprises:

On the ground floor:
a comfortable living room
A small, compact bathroom with a shower and toilets. The sink is small (see photos).
On the lower level, accessible by stairs:
a windowless bedroom with a double bed. The room is equipped with ventilation that is noisy when the lights are on.
a modern, fully equipped kitchenette

Please note: the apartment does not have any windows that open.

Comfort & amenities

To make your stay enjoyable, many facilities are at your disposal: hairdryer, television, Senseo coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, iron, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Just a short walk from the metro and only 2 minutes on foot from the train to Gare de Lyon.

Close to all amenities: a wide range of restaurants on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine (world cuisine, brasseries, pizzerias…), as well as a cinema, bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store.

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
