Nestled in an idyllic mountain environment, this accommodation located on the 1st floor and facing west offers exceptional brightness and a warm atmosphere.



The apartment has a practical layout that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. In the bedroom, you will find a BZ sofa convertible into a 2-person sleeping area (width 140 cm), while the living room offers a 1-person sofa bed (width 80 cm) and an additional foldable trundle bed (width 80 cm). The mountain corner located in the entrance provides a bunk bed (width 70 cm) and a single bed (width 70 cm), which is isolated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain for more privacy.



The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area is fully equipped and will delight food lovers. It has all the necessary equipment: electric hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette maker and a complete collection of crockery and utensils. A practical dining area allows you to share delicious moments together. A west-facing loggia will provide you with an additional space to relax or store your belongings.



The bathroom with a bathtub offers all the necessary comfort after an intense day on the slopes. The toilet is separate. Electric heating ensures a pleasant temperature, even during cool mountain evenings.



Located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes, this ski-out apartment also has a ski locker. It is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. Direct access to the Place des Bruyères allows you to be in the heart of all amenities: Sherpa convenience store, ski school, sports shops, restaurants, bakery, swimming pool and SPA centre La Bulle des Bruyères, Speed Mountain fun rail sledge, the Bruyères cable car directly connecting to Val Thorens and the 3 Valleys ski area...

Please note that the accommodation does not allow pets and is non-smoking, no WIFI, carpet flooring in the bedroom and living room, equipped with duvets, blankets and pillows. Public parking outside. A processing fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them through our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 90 €). A deposit of €450 will be requested when collecting the keys at the agency.
