The house is ideally located in the village of Saint-Jorioz, 5 minutes’ walk from the lake and the beach.

Go hiking in Semnoz, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water sports (wakeboard, private trips…), explore the local heritage during cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum…), take off on an aerial adventure in paragliding and stroll through the old town of Annecy. All your activities and services can be organized by our local partner, an expert in personalized stays.

Transport:
- The regular SIBRA bus lines, with a stop located nearby, provide easy access to the lake shores (about 10 minutes) as well as neighboring beaches (2 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport is accessible in about 40 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend opting for taxis or VTC-type services.
- If you choose to come by car, the apartment has private parking

- Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also available.
