This level also includes two bedrooms with double beds, a master suite with a double bed and en-suite shower room with shower and toilet, as well as another shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the sleeping area.

The house also features a veranda with a dining area that can be set up inside or moved outside to the garden, as desired. The enclosed garden allows children to play safely and offers parking for several vehicles.
