The house is spread over two levels, with a ground floor and an upper floor, and features air conditioning in all rooms. You will find a suite on the ground floor, a second suite on the upper floor, as well as two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom. The living spaces are bright and welcoming thanks to a large kitchen open to the living room, extended by wide bay windows directly overlooking the garden.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant garden with a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days.
