A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete this level, for optimal comfort. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a double bed (140x190).



For greater convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron, and 3 private parking spaces on the ground in front of the house.
