The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in the town of Pléneuf-Val-André, a 5-minute walk from the beach, with a surface area of 140 m² and capacity for up to 7 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of approximately 425 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included.
