Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool for rent in Niort. It has a surface area of 237 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

- Any requests to arrive or depart outside the specified times are subject to the availability of the person in charge of arrivals. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
