Located on the first floor of a peaceful residence, the apartment organizes around open and well-defined spaces, where every detail has been designed for your comfort.
Enter a bright living room with sofa and TV, open on a balcony facing north. In its extension, the equipped kitchen (excluding dishwasher), where the air conditioning of the apartment is located, fits naturally into the living room.
Following the curve of a corridor with rounded lines, we discover the bedroom with double bed (140x200 cm), extended by a shower room with toilet.
The room also has access to a second balcony, facing west, ideal for enjoying the end of the day.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes by foot.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
