Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: A major project is currently underway at the Orres 1800 (on the former Terre Rouge public parking lot).This work, independent of our will and likely to impact this housing, could generate noise (daytime) and visual nuisances (with the presence of cranes).This large studio with a beautiful area of 40 m2 and a capacity for 6 people is ideal for a quiet stay in the mountains..The apartment consists of an entrance with numerous storage facilities leading to the night corner on one side and to the bathroom and separate toilets on the other.You will enjoy the large living area with an equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc... and the sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed and a TV for your relaxing evenings.On the sleeping side you will have available two single beds 80 x 190 cm in the night corner, a double bed in 140 x 190 cm and the sofa bed convertible for 2 people in the living room.You will find yourself just above the central square of the Orres 1800 in the building "Les Valérianes" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux and therefore a few steps away from the shops, restaurants and various activities offered by the resort.You will also have a private ski locker to store your glider equipment and unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness area (available during the winter and summer seasons).
