The apartment features 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room, and plenty of storage space. Its two large balconies provide stunning views of the slopes, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing.

## Access

Enjoy a perfect location right on the slopes. A private covered parking space is included, and the residence is equipped with an elevator. A ski locker is also available for your convenience.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is set in the Hameau (Laitelet) area, a quiet yet convenient neighborhood of Méribel Mottaret. Shops, restaurants, and services are just a short walk away, and the ESF ski school is only 200 meters from the residence.

## Transit

The residence is easily accessible by car, with parking included. Free shuttle buses also run regularly throughout the resort, making it easy to reach the center of Méribel Mottaret.
