About This Property
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (two single beds)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared with residents and heated), open from June 15 to September 15, Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- A 5 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
Mountain sports, the Luchon-Superbagnères Pyrenees resort at an altitude of 1,800 meters.
Thermal baths for treatments or family water games (winter + summer)
Mountain biking: a wide variety of marked mountain bike trails, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters and accessible by cable car.
Paragliding. Hiking and scenic walks.
Enduro trails and technical courses. Paragliding course, with a 1,200-meter elevation gain.
Opening dates for the nearest resort's ski lifts:
Summer: mountain access by cable car from July 4 to August 31 every day, then only on weekends from September 6 to September 21.
Winter: open from mid-December 2025 to the end of March 2026.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (no assigned spaces).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Luchon, approximately 200 m away (the SNCF's SKIRAIL service is a great way to get to Luchon for skiing)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse, approximately 145 km away
Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
- The accommodation has its own ski locker, which opens with the same key as the front door.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
- During the ski season: a shuttle runs every day in front of the residence (next to the trash area), and it takes about 25 minutes to reach the ski lifts.
