Only certain persons may be the tenant of a mobility lease.

The tenant must be in one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary engagement in a civic service, professional transfer, temporary assignment in the course of professional activity.



Space



Welcome to our pretty one bedroom apartment,

Located on the ground floor courtyard, you will find all the comforts: quiet, close to tourist places, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...

The accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an independent kitchen, a living room with sofa and television.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.

You can also enjoy a small outdoor terrace area in front of the apartment entrance. Note, this space is not fenced and is not private.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood



Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 400m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
