The agency Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, in Coti-Chiavari, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea view and close to the beach, with an area of 125 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m 2, an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 40 m2 with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180 200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160 200), TV and bathroom with shower
- Room 3: with a double bed (140 190), TV and bathroom with shower
- Two separate toilets

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Coti-Chiavari, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Silver Beach and Mare e Sole: located opposite the road of Mare e Sole, these fine sandy beaches are renowned for their translucent waters, their sandbanks and their protection against the wind
- Boat trips from Ajaccio: catamaran cruises to the Gulf of Ajaccio, Anse de Cacao, Sanguinaire archipelago
- Visit of the city of Porto Pollo

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the apartment which can accommodate up to 5 cars.
