The living space includes a convertible sofa designed for two people, offering a convenient sleeping solution.

Access to the apartment is via a shared inner courtyard (where the building's trash bins are stored). Please note that the appearance of this courtyard, which is managed by the condominium association, contrasts with the care taken inside the apartment.

On the equipment side, you will find everything you need for an autonomous and practical stay: a Wifi connection, a television, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron. These elements allow you to enjoy a certain independence during your stay in Paris.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
