Fully renovated in 2025, this Provençal-style villa is located in a quiet, gated residence. It offers a modern and comfortable setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, and is perfectly situated for exploring the region.
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious 40 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a dining space thoughtfully furnished. A laundry room with washing and drying machines, along with a guest toilet and washbasin, complete the ground level.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms:
– The first has two single beds that can be joined, with storage space
– The second features a double bed, storage, a desk, and a TV
– The third includes a double bed and ample storage
There is also a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and heated wall. Each room is air-conditioned with individual controls. From the upper floor, you’ll enjoy a partial sea view and a glimpse of the pine-covered restanques, typical of the region.
Outside, the landscaped garden includes a shaded pergola, outdoor dining table, lounge furniture, a gas barbecue, and three sun loungers. The private pool (8x4 m, 1.40 m deep) is naturally heated and secured with an electric rolling cover. A pétanque court and ping-pong table are also available for your enjoyment.
