I rent out my main residence to serious, careful people who want to stay in a recent, secure, peaceful residence with a swimming pool. The house has a 3-star rating.
Charming type 3 house with, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), a dining room, a large living room with flat screen TV and a shower room with new Italian shower and WC. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with WC.
This pleasant residence has an electric gate at the entrance, video surveillance and a parking space in front of the house.
