This new, single-story house comprises an air-conditioned living/dining/kitchen area, a bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) that can be joined together, a second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. A garage for bicycles is also available (accessible via a step). Outside, you will enjoy a private garden with a terrace furnished with garden furniture, a lounge area, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
