The apartment can host up to 8 guests:



A master bedroom with a cozy queen bed, soft lighting, and warm wood interiors.



A second bedroom with another queen bed, with a shower suited.



A third bedroom, with 2 bunk beds ideal for children, teens, or a group of friends.



A sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests.



Ideal for families, groups of friends, or two couples traveling together. A crib is available upon request for families with babies.

You’ll have the entire apartment all to yourselves for the duration of your stay—no shared spaces!

Ski-in entry: Step out directly onto the slopes from the residence (ski-in access).

ski locker: Secure and dry your gear in the building’s locker room—convenient and cozy.

Elevator access: Easy access to your apartment—no lugging skis or luggage up stairs.

Laundry & drying room: Washer in common area and dryer located in the building (self-service, coins included) depending on availability

Private balcony: Access at any time for mountain views, sunrise coffee, or sunset fondue moments.

Heating & Wi‑Fi control: Thermostat and router are inside the apartment—adjust as you'd like, and find instructions in the house manual. WIFI not available this summer

Getting Around:

Val Thorens is a pedestrian-friendly, ski-in/ski-out resort. No car needed once you arrive—everything is within walking distance or accessible on skis.

In winter, cars are left in nearby car parks (P0, P1, P2).

In summer (15 May to 15 Nov), free street parking is widely available.

Shuttle buses are available to connect to other areas in Les 3 Vallées or down to Les Menuires.



The apartment is also close to ski schools, meeting points, and the main tourist office.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are currently welcome! We kindly ask guests to keep the apartment clean and respectful.

No smoking inside the apartment.

Please respect quiet hours after 22:00 for everyone's comfort.

We provide essentials, but feel free to bring your favorite coffee pods or extra gear.
