Exquisite 4th floor apartment with beautiful views, in a ski-in ski-out residence offering plenty of convenient extras. The apartment offers wifi, TV and fireplace in the lounge, and a sunny South-facing balcony that looks out across the Flaine ski area.

A well-equipped kitchenette area leads into a spacious lounge that gives onto the balcony with outside seating area. The double bedroom has ample storage space and mountain views, with a door leading to the balcony. The bathroom next door has a bath, sink and WC. The double sofa bed in the lounge is easy to unfold, providing total accommodation for 4 people.

All rentals include covered parking for one vehicle, bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning, as well as access to the residence's swimming pool and sauna, and ski-in ski-out access directly from the ski locker room onto the private piste behind the building.

In the summer, the Flaine activity pass is included for all stays of 7 night plus.
