The grand living room opens onto an elegant terrace, punctuated by horizontal shadows that evolve throughout the day. From sunrise to sunset, this outdoor space becomes a place of sharing, ideal for gathering with family or friends facing the Mediterranean.



The apartment can accommodate up to six people thanks to a sofa in the living room that converts into a double bed. It includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, offering a fluid and comfortable layout.



In terms of bathrooms, one is equipped with a shower, while the other offers a bathtub with a sea view, extending the experience into moments of relaxation.



A dedicated parking space for a medium-sized vehicle is also provided, ensuring a convenient and peaceful stay.



Access is via a lift at road level, then a few steps to reach the apartment (15 steps).
