Let's start the visit with the entrance that serves the main room, composed of a living area with sofa bed (160x200cm), connected TV, dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen.
The set opens with a large bay window on the private garden, furnished with a garden furniture, an outdoor dining area and an electric barbecue.
A gate allows direct access to common green areas and children's playgrounds, without needing to pass through the common areas.
On the night side:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), storage and window on the garden
- A shower room with double sink and toilet
The set is sober and functional, with quality equipment and furniture designed for a stay in complete autonomy.
A reserved parking space is located just near the entrance to the apartment.

Located in the residential area of Isola Bella, in Cannes, the apartment enjoys a quiet and green setting while staying close to the city's places of interest.
- Antibes Street: 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. The main shopping street of Cannes, with its shops, cafes, bookstores and glaciers.
- Croisette beach: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes by foot. Fine sand, deckchairs, beach clubs, ideal for a relaxing day by the water.
La Croisette: 6 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot. A mythical walk lined with palm trees, prestigious hotels and seafront terraces.
- Palais des Festivals et Congrès: 8 minutes by car. Centre for international events such as the Film Festival, MIPCOM, Cannes Lions, etc.
Gambetta Market: 5 minutes by car or 18 minutes by foot. Small covered market where to find fruit, vegetables, local specialities, cheeses.

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
