The spacious and pleasant living room opens onto a large south facing terrace. There is a sofa bed, a Smart TV and a dining area for 4 people. The fully equipped open kitchen allows you to prepare your meals while remaining connected to the living room. The room is equipped with a king size bed (180x200 cm), accompanied by an integrated wardrobe to store your belongings. A Smart TV is also installed, and direct access to the terrace allows you to enjoy a first coffee in the sun as soon as you wake up. On the bathroom side, the spacious shower and modern amenities bring all the comfort expected. The apartment, completely renovated with quality materials, plays with the reflections of the large mirrors and the softness of marble on the floor, creating an elegant and warm atmosphere. Finally, the terrace is a real asset.
