This space opens onto a terrace with breathtaking sea views. The living room has a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining area with a table for six guests. The open kitchen, fully equipped (except microwave), will allow you to prepare your meals without losing sight of the sea. On the night side, the apartment consists of: - A first bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a closet/dressing and a wall TV, opening onto the kitchen - A smaller second bedroom, ideal for children, with two bunk beds - A modern shower room with toilet ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.From Cannes station: about 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
