Accommodation: This 50m2 apartment, newly renovated and located in the heart of Palm Beach, the standing area of Cannes, will bring you the necessary comfort for your stay. Its brightness, its beautiful spaces and its proximity to the beaches and the Croisette are all the advantages you will enjoy. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 30 minutes walk from Cannes station, 10 minutes by bus or private driver, which we can handle for you via our concierge service. 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport. Are you being transported? Parking is free on the street. AFFAIRS - The apartment is located halfway between the beach of Mouré Rouge (7 minutes walk), and the first beach of La Croisette (8 minutes). - Set in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surrounding area will offer you an atmosphere like you like... - Within a 5-minute walk, go to all shops: supermarkets, butcher shop, fish shop, bakery, hairdresser. - Would you like to go to the center of Cannes? Join the famous Croisette in a 2-minute walk, between the sea and the luxury shops, or take public transport with the bus stops just steps from your accommodation. - The Festival Palace is a 20-minute walk away.
