Accommodation: This 25 m2 apartment located in the centre of Palm Beach is ideal for those wishing to spend a stay combining the advantages of the city and the comfort of a very popular standing area of Cannes, where you can enjoy the shops at the foot of the building as well as the beaches at 300 meters. AFFAIRS After a few steps on your street, Avenue de Lérins, you can choose from a few minutes: - Join the beach of the Mouré Rouge to set foot in the water or set up a restaurant terrace. - Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and make all your practical shopping in our pretty shops (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office...) - Walk on the Croisette between fine sandy beaches and luxury shops. And in less than ten minutes by car: - Go to the mythical Festival Palace. - Take the train to discover the other jewels of the region like Antibes, Nice, Monaco. - Do your shopping on Antibes Street. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
