ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 30 minutes walk from Cannes station, 10 minutes by bus or private driver, which we can handle for you via our concierge service.Are you being transported? Parking is free throughout the neighborhood. 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport. INTERACTION Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (we can allow you to leave later or arrive earlier depending on our availability, do not hesitate to contact us).A surcharge of 35€ is applied for arrivals after 8pm. Arrivals after midnight are made directly on key box, to be recovered directly in our premises 85 avenue Maréchal June in Cannes. QUARTIER Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surrounding area will offer you an atmosphere like you like... Within a 5-minute walk, go to all shops: supermarkets, butcher shop, fish shop, bakery, hairdresser. Would you like to go to the center of Cannes? Join the famous Croisette and head to the Palais des Congrès in a 20 minute walk between the sea and the luxury shops, or take public transport with the bus stops just steps away from your accommodation. The Festival Palace is a 20-minute walk away. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
