Two chambers arranged as follows: - A first with queen size bed, large closets/dressing and large windows opening onto a shaded back terrace.- One second with two single beds, wardrobes / dressing room also, and opening also on the back terrace. Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet, and the other with shower. A separate kitchen, with everything you need to make a great meal with friends and family. Separate toilets in the entrance. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 35 minutes walk from the station, 20 minutes by bus or by private driver, which we can handle for you via our concierge service (don't hesitate to ask us after your reservation). Are you being transported? A closed box in the basement awaits you at the foot of the building. Need a transfer? We can handle this for you through our concierge service. AFFAIRS Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surrounding area will offer you an atmosphere like you like... Within a 5-minute walk, go to all shops: supermarkets, butcher shop, fish shop, bakery, hairdressing salon... Would you like to go to the center of Cannes? Join the famous Croisette and head to the Festival Palace in a 20-minute walk between the sea and the luxury shops, or take public transport through the bus stops just steps away from your accommodation. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
