The living room, very spacious, is divided into three spaces: - The living room, very comfortable, with a sofa and a flat screen- Open and fully equipped kitchen (oven and microwave included)- Meal space, provided for 4 peopleIt opens onto a small terrace (with garden furniture) exposed Is facing the martenez, offering you a beautiful side sea view. Both rooms feature Queen Size bedding (160cm) and integrated dressing rooms. The largest room has a flat screen TV (TNT channels only). A bathroom with a large shower and toilet completes the space. CAUTION: The apartment is located above a bar restaurant, so evenings can be noisy, especially on weekends, and the noise can be audible until about 2:00 in the morning.
