ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 8 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by foot from Cannes station.30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport. Need a transfer? AFFAIRS After a few steps in your street, the street of Cros Vieil, you can, to choose from and in a few minutes : - Join the beach of Mouré Rouge to set foot in the water or sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail.- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and make all your practical shopping in our nice shops (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office...).- Flank on the Croisette for a ride of Carrousel or a race of remotely controlled boats.- Change the atmosphere and have a breakfast sea view at Mouré Rouge (restaurant) or duplex. And in less than ten minutes by car: - Go to the mythical Festival Palace.- Discover the best restaurants in the city centre (don't hesitate to ask us about the team's recommendations!)- Visit the old districts of Suquet and the church Our Lady of Hope with its panoramic views of Cannes and the sea... IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, private closed box in basement and public parking (closed at night) within 4 minutes walk. Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
