Access to the terrace here too. - The famous terrace with its famous sea view, with garden furniture. - A first bedroom with a queen size bed giving access to a veranda. - A second bedroom with two bunk beds, and also a large double bed. All with flat screen TV, storage and access to the veranda also. - A shower room - Independent toilets ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 15 minutes by bus from Cannes train station, 8 minutes by car. 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport. AFFAIRS After a few steps to get out of your residence, you can choose: - Walk on the Croisette between the palaces and sandy beaches.- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and make all your practical shopping in our pretty shops (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office...) And in less than ten minutes by car: - Go to the mythical Festival Palace.- Take the train to discover the other jewels of the region like Antibes, Nice, Monaco.- Do your shopping on Antibes Street. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
