Accommodation: Imagine an apartment in one of the best places in the city, two minutes walk from trendy bars and restaurants and five minutes from the beaches and the palace... These 65 square meters promise a comfortable stay, a neat decoration and a hidden terrace in the heart of the city! The American kitchen is independent and fully equipped (dishwasher included). The carefully decorated dining room is for 4 people. The first bedroom has a king size bed (180cm) and access to a small balcony overlooking the street. The second, it offers a queen size bedding (160cm) and some storage. The large shower room and independent toilets complete the space. AFFAIRS After a few steps in your street, Chabaud Street, you can, to choose from and in less than a few minutes: - Shopping street d-Antibes (1 min) - Tasting pastries, cocktails or beautiful plates in restaurants on Rue Hoche (1 min) - Go stroll on the Croisette (4 min) - Join the Palais des Congrès (6min) - Discover the city center on foot PRACTICAL INFORMATION Parking is paid in the streets nearby.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
