Additionally, for the enjoyment of the whole family, the house includes a home cinema and an outdoor pool.

The house is a primary residence, so only available few weeks per year.

Accessible from Saint-Maur-des-Fossés via the Passerelle de la Pie, it offers stunning views of the Marne River and is home to rich biodiversity, including families of ducks and swans. This peaceful spot is perfect for leisurely walks and features a park with children’s playgrounds, known as the Île des Ravageurs Park. Each year, the island attracts numerous visitors. Cycling paths lead all the way to Paris along the Marne and then the Seine.
