The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 15 m², and room for up to two guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels). Your bed will be made upon your arrival.

All rooms in the house are on the ground floor.

The apartment is ideally located in the old town of Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
The apartment is located in the old town of Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, so it is not possible to access the apartment by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are located 3-5 minutes away.

- The flat is located in the old part of Antibes, which is a pedestrian area, and cannot be reached by car.
- The flat is a small studio, there is no bedroom and the only sleeping accommodation is the sofa shown in the photos. There is little storage and the space is narrow; this flat is not suitable for people who want space.
