The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 50 m², and room for up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), and your bed will be made upon arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

The apartment is ideally located in Old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport:
The apartment is located in Old Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, so it is not possible to access the apartment by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are located 3-5 minutes away.

- Due to its privileged location in the lively district of Old Antibes, occasional noise pollution from shops and pedestrian traffic may be experienced. The flat has double-glazed windows to minimise noise pollution and provide a peaceful haven, although it may not be suitable for light sleepers.
