Located on the raised ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, fully-equipped kitchen, a double bed on the mezzanine floor, and a bathroom (with shower) and a small balcony overlooking a private and quiet cul-de-sac below.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
