Welcome to Villa Bianca, a modern and bright villa located in a recent and secure residence in Sérignan. Spacious and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 7 guests, offering a peaceful setting for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.

You will enjoy a fully fenced garden, a furnished terrace, and two private parking spaces.

The beaches of Valras and Sérignan are only a few minutes away.

Bed linen is provided, beds are made upon arrival, and a welcome kit is included.

The villa offers 70 m² of living space, fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.

 - 2 bedrooms offering a total of 5 single beds (90 cm)

• A furnished terrace and a fenced garden with outdoor lounge area and sun loungers

• 2 private parking spaces in front of the villa



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the villa, the private garden, the furnished terrace, and the two private parking spaces within the secure residence.

• Check-out before 12:00 PM

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Sérignan, just a short drive from:

• The beaches of Valras-Plage and the seaside promenade

• Essential shops: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, local markets

Sérignan is a charming town between sea and nature, known for its friendly atmosphere, cycling paths, and summer markets.

Valras-Plage town center is about 5 minutes away, and Béziers is 15 minutes away.

There is plenty to enjoy in the area, including:

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"



Interaction with Guests:

The Valras’Loc team is available 7 days a week to assist you before, during, and after your stay.

Check-in is done in person to hand over the keys and show you the property.

All further communication takes place through the booking platform.
