ROSE Holidays offers you this charming apartment ideally located in the heart of Angers. Located on the 1st floor without a lift, it offers you a pleasant and comfortable setting, perfect for a stay for two.

Capacity: up to 2 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Living room: double sofa bed.

Fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine (BOSH-TASSIMO).

Modern bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.



Easy and paid parking at Imbach square. (free at night).



Location:

The accommodation benefits from a privileged location, right in the heart of Angers city centre, a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and public transport.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
