- fully equipped kitchen (combined fridge/freezer, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob)
- 1st bedroom with double bed (140), with closet and smart TV and direct access to the loggia
- 2nd bedroom (without window) with single bed (90)
- 3rd bedroom with bunk beds ( 2 single beds 90). All bedding is new (2025)
- bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the loggia and WIFI.
Pets are not allowed.

Charges not included: Tourist tax/electricity during the heating period
