The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in the town of Sainte-Maxime. It has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with bathtub). The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with TV and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron.

Outside:
- A south-facing 13.6m² terrace on the living room side, with furniture
- An east-facing 3.5m² terrace on the bedroom side with furniture

The apartment is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Relax on the sandy beaches of Sainte-Maxime, ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
- Spend a family day at Aqualand (3 km) with its water slides and leisure pools.
- Explore Port Grimaud and Saint-Tropez, two coastal gems just a few minutes' drive away.
- Hike in the Massif des Maures or the Esterel to discover nature and panoramic views.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's numbered outdoor parking space. Free parking is also available near the accommodation.
