The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the terrace
- A bathroom with bathtub

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A south-facing 13.6m² terrace on the living room side, with furniture
- An east-facing 3.5m² terrace on the bedroom side with furniture
The apartment is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Relax on the sandy beaches of Sainte-Maxime, ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
- Spend a family day at Aqualand (3 km) with its water slides and leisure pools.
- Explore Port Grimaud and Saint-Tropez, two coastal gems just a few minutes' drive away.
- Hike in the Massif des Maures or the Esterel to discover nature and panoramic views.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's numbered outdoor parking space. Free parking is also available near the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, 50 minutes away by car
