Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, La Ferme de la Caillère is an old 1807 farmhouse that has been totally renovated to combine authentic features with modern comfort.

This apartment, which retains the atmosphere of a traditional chalet on one floor and a mezzanine room, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which are en suite. The entire floor, with the exception of the balcony and mezzanine, is accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, it is located directly under the eaves, so the ceiling height is reduced in some places.

From the moment you step inside, you will be charmed by the cosy living room and its Savoyard-style décor. The main living area has a very welcoming lounge with a television, a large dining table and a compact, well-equipped kitchen. Doors open onto the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley.

The apartment's three double bedrooms each have their own shower room and separate toilet. The mezzanine room, which is ideal for children or friends, has four single beds, with an additional shower room and toilet at the bottom of the stairs.

After an exhilarating day in the mountains, the private sauna at La Ferme de la Caillère is the perfect place to relax. On the practical side, the apartment also has a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a ski room with a heated boot dryer.

Outside, you will find a flat garden designed for sunny days, with sunbeds, a barbecue and a large dining table. There are parking spaces for four cars, and the shuttle bus stops just 50m from the door.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
