The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and features a functional and warm layout. Upon entering, you will discover a lovely living area bathed in light, with a comfortable sofa and a television (which currently does not have public channels) for your moments of relaxation, a round wooden table for sharing meals, and most importantly, a magnificent view of the ocean from the window located just above the living room. The open kitchen, with a vitroceramic hob, is very well equipped: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. It also has a window with a sea view, allowing you to cook with pleasure.

On the sleeping side, you will find two bedrooms. The first is equipped with two single beds (80x200) that you can bring together to form a double bed (160x200), and the second with two single beds (80x200). The bathroom includes a bathtub and a hairdryer, and the toilets are separate for added comfort.
