It consists of a 20 m² living room, an open-plan kitchenette, a mezzanine with two beds, a bathroom (with shower), and a terrace of approximately 15 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included. - An open mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 pull-out bed (2 single beds 90x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared unheated swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Les Mathes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- La Palmyre Zoo
- La Palmyre water sports centre (sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wingfoiling, etc.)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the reserved parking space.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions. Babies are not allowed in the large pool. Swimming shorts and trunks are not allowed.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the team preparing the accommodation. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
