It has three comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a queen-size bed (160 cm). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The living room offers a welcoming space with a sofa, television, table, and chairs, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A small corner has been designed for children, giving them their own space for playing or reading. A washing machine is available for added convenience.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. Private parking is also available directly on the property.

Please note that the house is located on the same plot as the owners' main residence, whom you may encounter. They will remain discreet and ensure your complete privacy.
The surroundings are ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts: the magnificent ocean beaches of Saint-Girons and La Lette Blanche are just minutes away, as is Lake Léon, perfect for swimming, water sports, or family outings. Numerous cycle paths, including the Vélodyssée, allow you to explore the Landes forest and surrounding area safely by bike.
